The global fractional property industry gathered in London last week to see the winners of the second annual Fractional Life Awards receive their prizes.
The awards were judged by a panel of industry professionals and property journalists, and were presented at the culmination of Fractional Summit 2010 – two days of stimulating debate about this exciting sector of the second homes market.
The 2010 Fractional Life award for Innovation and Excellence was won by Pestana Golf in Portugal, which was described by one judge as “one of the most straightforward, honest and transparent schemes I have come across.
I liked the property and think it is good value for money. There aren’t crazy mark-ups on the freehold element. Contracts are straightforward and easy-to-understand”.
